Cancellation Policy
Appointments, Cancellation, and Refund Policy: • Appointments can be booked online • Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance are free of charge • Rescheduling is free and unlimited • No-show or cancellations within 12 hours are subject to a $50 fee unless rescheduled • Refunds are not provided for completed sessions • Partial or full refunds may be issued if a session is disrupted by technical issues beyond the client’s/Provider control
